Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This prize giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Ekko Acoustics and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway.
- Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens on 27 Feb 2024 and closes on 6 March 2024 at midnight. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must attend The Workspace Design Show, post an image of the Ekko Acoustics stand on Instagram with the hashtag #creatingquiet, follow @ekko_acoustics on Instagram, and follow Ekko Acoustics on Linkedin at https://www.linkedin.com/company/ekko-acoustics/.
- Prize: The prize consists of 20 sets of noise-cancelling headphones. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Ekko Acoustics.
- Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on Ekko Acoustics’ Instagram and Linkedin pages on March 7th, [year]. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Data Privacy: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material.
- Entry Acceptance: Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Disqualification: Ekko Acoustics reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions.
- Changes to the Giveaway: Ekko Acoustics reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
- Jurisdiction: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
