The Project
United Kingdom House in London’s W1 was reimagined into a modern office space, with interior designers Loop Local spearheading the transformation. The design vision centred on creating a standout feature lighting installation that would enhance the architectural elements of the space while delivering a striking visual impact.
The Challenge
The project’s focal point was a continuous curved LED linear lighting system, designed to trace the contours of a feature ceiling. This posed several challenges, including the complexity of manufacturing a flawless curved system that would fit seamlessly into the ceiling structure. The intricate geometry required precise engineering to ensure there were no breaks or misalignments. Additionally, the system needed to deliver consistent illumination while maintaining high energy efficiency.
The Solution
Synergy Creativ collaborated with Loop Local to develop and manufacture the bespoke lighting solution. The system was meticulously designed to meet the project’s exact specifications, showcasing Synergy Creativ’s expertise in creating custom LED linear lighting. Manufactured in the UK using 77% recycled aluminium, the solution also aligned with sustainability goals. Precision engineering ensured the lighting system integrated perfectly with the ceiling, achieving the desired balance of functionality and aesthetics.
