The Project
Simmtronic, a long-standing collaborator with Synergy Creativ on numerous projects across the UK, via MGL Projects they entrusted us with the lighting design for their own headquarters. This project was particularly significant, as it required a blend of aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with Simmtronic’s brand identity, creating a workspace that reflects their innovative spirit.
The Challenge
The challenge was to provide a lighting solution that not only met the functional requirements of an office space but also enhanced the overall design while maintaining energy efficiency. Additionally, Simmtronic’s office design demanded custom elements, including lighting fixtures colour-matched to their brand’s blue RAL, alongside incorporating acoustic solutions that would complement the visual and functional aspects of the space.
The Solution
Synergy Creativ designed and delivered a comprehensive lighting system tailored to meet these needs. The solution included high-performance linear lighting for uniform brightness, decorative lighting fixtures to elevate the aesthetic appeal, and recessed downlights for a clean and minimalist look. A custom touch was added with downlights that were colour-matched to Simmtronic’s blue RAL, ensuring brand consistency throughout the office. Our sister brand, Ekko Acoustics, further enhanced the environment by supplying acoustic felt baffle discs, which improved the office’s acoustic comfort while harmonising with the overall design.
The Clients View
The Synergy Creativ team and the end result is fantastic. Great input from Synergy in the design stages of the lighting and we even installed their acoustic panels in certain areas. Every light on the refurbishment came from Synergy Creativ. As they were literally 2 doors away at the time, the lighting didn't have far to travel. Nothing like using UK manufacturers that are local.
