The Project
In 2019, Synergy Creativ was engaged to provide a tailored lighting solution for ServiceNow’s office in the Strata Building, Staines. The objective was to create a functional, energy-efficient lighting system that enhanced the overall design of the office while supporting employee well-being.
The Challenge
The key challenge for this project was to deliver a lighting scheme that balanced modern aesthetics with practical functionality. ServiceNow wanted to incorporate elements of biophilic design, using natural features within the lighting, while ensuring the space maintained high efficiency and supported the needs of a contemporary workspace.
The Solution
Synergy Creativ developed a comprehensive lighting solution that addressed both the design and technical requirements of the space. The Polaris Box feature pendant lights were selected for their clean, modern lines that matched the office’s sleek design. To introduce biophilic elements, Larvik Mesh biophilic planter lights were used, integrating greenery directly into the lighting fixtures, which contributed to a calming atmosphere in the office. LED linear lighting provided continuous, uniform illumination across the workspace, while Axiome surface-mounted can downlights delivered focused light for specific task areas. This combination of fixtures created a cohesive and efficient lighting system that suited the diverse needs of the office environment.
