The Project
Renaissance Learning South Quay Building, 189 Marsh Wall, London E14. Renaissance Learning is a SAAS and Learning Analytics company that educational software for children. In the UK and Renaissance Learning provide cloud-based services to 6000 schools.
Area is a leading workplace design and fit-out specialists and part of the Forefront Group.

The Challenge
With a limited budget and a short timeframe Synergy needed to provide lighting that was cost effective and could be delivered quickly. In addition to this the lighting needed to match the design aesthetic for different areas of the office. The reception and breakout areas needed to be bright and welcoming while meeting and quiet rooms required unobtrusive accent lighting for concentration.
The Solution
Synergy supplied Polaris 3T Recessed to provide bright welcoming main area lighting in the reception and with Polaris 3T Recessed Trimless LED linear lighting. TraxLED Downlights were used to compliment LED Linear in meeting and quiet room areas for a visually interesting space that people love to use. Polaris 1 Surface Mounted linear luminaires where used in the canteen area with rafts to provide a stunning feature. Using LED linear profile manufactured in-house at Synergy’s UK production facility ensured the requirements for short lead times, fast delivery and a cost-effective lighting solution where met.
