Office Innovations, a leading office design and fit-out company, partnered with Synergy Creativ to enhance the ambience and functionality of a 2,615 sq ft CAT A+ office space in Nottingham. With a focus on creating a ready-to-let workspace for the end client, CEG, the project demanded innovative lighting solutions to complement the stunning interior design while prioritising energy efficiency.

The Solution

Synergy Creativ collaborated closely with Office Innovations to deliver tailored lighting solutions that met the project’s unique requirements. The following strategies were implemented:

  1. Customised LED Linear Lighting: Synergy Creativ designed and supplied a range of suspended and surface-mounted LED linear lighting fixtures. These fixtures were strategically placed to illuminate key areas of the office space, enhancing visibility and aesthetics.
  2. Integration of PIR Sensors: To optimise energy efficiency, many of the LED fixtures were equipped with Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors. These sensors detect motion and occupancy, automatically adjusting the lighting levels or switching off lights in unoccupied areas. This not only reduces energy consumption but also contributes to a more sustainable workspace environment.
  3. Seamless Integration: Synergy Creativ worked closely with Office Innovations to ensure seamless integration of lighting fixtures within the office layout. Through meticulous planning and coordination, the installation process was executed efficiently, minimising disruptions to the project timeline.
